The President was accompanied by the Presidential Director, Árni Sigurjónsson, director of the Industrial Federation Orri Hauksson and representatives of the Industrial Federation Katrín G. Þórsteinsdóttir and Rakel Pálsdóttir.
Bergsteinn Einarsson,SET´s managing director and SET staff members lead the president and visitors through the production departments and explained SET´s operations. The company visit was then followed by a tour of Selfoss airport and the airplane hanger where SET´s founder, Einar Elíasson´s has an extensive collection of airplanes, antique cars and second world war memorabilia.
